Big Sky Rod Tube

The vivid blue skies of Montana are unlike any other. The color chosen for this series emulates them to perfection. Pure white tiger maple is chosen for its unique grain and strength, it is later dyed and finished with varnish. The results are pieces that are as breath taking as the Big Sky. Made from the finest hardwoods, metals, shell and leather available, these tubes will not only keep your favorite rod safe during travel but allow you to travel in style. Each case is made of eight staves, meticulously shaped and glued under pressure into an octagon. They are then mounted on a lathe and turned to a perfect cylinder, one at a time…by hand. Once coated with marine varnish, each case is polished to a buttery smooth finish, that beckons your touch.
