Approximately 1 hour is required to freeze the gel. The pack should not be placed in direct contact with the skin. Hot Pack Place the pack into the microwave for approximately 30 seconds on medium-high power. Carefully check that the correct temperature has been reached, and if necessary, heat further in 15-second intervals. Caution: DO NOT OVERHEAT. Times are based on a 600W microwave.
